Bonjour Bagel Cafe started with a simple idea: Las Vegas deserves a bagel spot that takes the craft seriously. No shortcuts. No stale inventory. Just dough that's been hand-rolled, boiled, and baked every single morning before the doors open.

We source local ingredients where we can and import the rest. Our cream cheese is made in-house. Our coffee is roasted locally. And our space? It's meant to feel like a welcome break in a city that never stops — warm, loud in the right ways, and always full of good food.
